I had the unique honor and privilege of hosting 35 of my professional peers from across the country. As I reflect on the recent winter retreat here in Newport, Rhode Island, it fills my heart with gratitude and admiration for each and every one of these Torchbearers - a group comprised of the top producing RE/MAX agents under 40 years old throughout the US and Canada. The camaraderie, support, and shared passion for excellence that permeated our time together left an indelible mark on me.

Being in the presence of such an exceptional group of individuals, with their unwavering determination and unparalleled dedication to their profession, was nothing short of inspiring. The energy and enthusiasm we exchanged fueled not only our professional growth but also our personal development.

Our collective achievements, boasting over $500 million in annual production, serve as a testament to the power of collaboration and mutual empowerment. Together, we form an unbreakable network, ensuring the highest caliber of service for our clients no matter where they may be.

I am humbled and honored to be a part of this extraordinary community, where dreams are nurtured, aspirations are realized, and boundaries are continually pushed. Whether you were able to be physically present or not, our connection amongst this group transcends distance, bound by our shared commitment to excellence. This is truly a family.
